Darkfall Online guides have been around ever since the beta. So far I've read a few different Darkfall quest and strategy guides, and most of them were very useful, but with some significant differences.I tried "leveling" a character in Darkfall Online with several characters so far and it's been everything but easy. First few days are usually really easy, but after awhile it seems like a grind-fest. There's not many quests to do, and making the slightest mistake can easily get you killed, either by monsters or players.
The moment I tried advancing my character with Killerguides' Darkfall Strategy Guide I fell in love with the game. Everything was nicely outlined for me and I had no problem following it word by word. When I did exactly what it said in the guide, experience was plentiful and I always knew where I'm going and didn't have to check various websites all the time to figure out where certain mobs and quest items are. The guide also told me a few tips on professions, gold making and Player vs. Player combat and being a big newbie when it comes to those topics, I really felt I was ahead of other players.
The most notable topics covered in this Darkfall guide are:
- Skill management
- Quest guides
- Gold guide
- Combat, PvP & Warfare guide
- Race and class breakdown
- Society, clan and alignment guide
- Profession guides
